TESCO F&F
New Bedding Range Tucked In Early, Hitting Stores In Record Time
A new look and feel for Tesco’s bedding range. Delivered in record time for the soft launch of F&F Home.
Tesco’s F&F Fashion range has only gone from strength to strength. The retailer’s next strategic move? Expanding into homeware by bringing Tesco bedding, bath, dining, accessories, and textile under the F&F umbrella. But with timelines tight and supply chains stretched, Tesco needed a reliable, expert partner to get the F&F Home launch off to a smooth start…
The Challenge
With a head-turning campaign planned for September ‘24, all new F&F Home lines needed to hit stores before the official launch. Starting with bedding: the biggest, most complex, and most competitive range in the homeware category.
Nearly 500 SKUs had to be updated. Urgent deadlines slashed turnaround from a typical 4-6-months to a matter of weeks. On top of that, the project fell across the summer holiday period. With supply chains creaking & suppliers on leave, the pressure was on.
The Bright Idea
After 14 years of collaboration, Tesco trusted us to fill the gaps where needed. Bringing imagery, artwork, adaptive design and brand expansion experts together for flawless delivery, from start to finish.
The Brilliant Execution
Our extensive experience as Tesco’s brand partner meant we could work from one, reduced scale brief. By utilizing a single workflow platform, we could meet all the demands of pack design and project management with zero handovers—maintaining speed, efficiency and control, and protecting the brand message from dilution.
The Result – Meaningful Change and Tangible Efficiencies
Our first artwork hit stores just four weeks after project initiation, and the entire rebrand was completed in less than two months.
That’s the luxury of a truly end-to-end branding agency: agility, speed, expertise and experience. Making sure Tesco’s F&F bedding range landed as smoothly as possible, in record time.
